01 How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
Our average response time is under 24 hours. Including part numbers, specifications or a site location in your request helps us reply with a firm answer sooner.
02 What should I include in a quote request?
Share component specifications, part numbers and quantities for supply requests, or the site location, scope and timeline for EOD and UXO work. Drawings or photos are welcome.
03 Which regions do you operate in?
We are headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, and operate across East Africa, having served clients in 6 countries.
04 Can you source hard-to-find or out-of-production parts?
Yes. We source through suppliers in South Africa, France, India and China, and fabricate custom components locally when a part is no longer produced.
05 Are your operations certified and compliant?
Stanfajoy is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified. EOD and disposal work includes Ministry of Defence liaison and full regulatory compliance.
06 Do you provide UXO awareness training?
Yes. We run accredited classroom and field-based training for site personnel, supervisors and project managers. Email info@stanfajoy.co.ke to arrange a session.
